Jazz with Voices

Join us at Errick’s venue on Friday July 18 to experience the unique interplay between instrumental jazz and vocal culture at our schools, featuring the sounds of the award winning All Blues (The Otago Girls’ and Boys’ Jazz Big Band) and Nautilus Chorale (The Otago Girls’ Choir). Both ensembles are fundraising to travel to South Island competitions and will present repertoire towards that end as well as some featured items that have been specifically curated for the evening’s performance. 

The Nautilus Chorale, directed by John Buchanan, recently won the award for Choral Excellence in Choral Art Music at the Otago Regional Big Sing and have been selected to compete at Cadenza in Timaru.
